GastroBeats is set to transform the Bayfront Event Space into an urban lifestyle playground filled with entertainment, arts and food. Held in conjunction with iLight from June 3rd to 26th, GastroBeats will feature two food sections – Local Streets and Culinary Masters.
Local Streets will feature traditional hawker fare to home-based food businesses and modern street food vendors. Over 15 food stalls, you’ll find traditional delights from brands like YoutiaoMan, Kueh Ho Jiak and Haig Road Putu Piring.
Treat yourself to special collaboration between acclaimed chefs from around the world as well. Culinary Masters, on the other hand, will feature an exclusive menu curated by celebrity chef Sarah Todd in collaboration with George Calombaris, Derek Cheong and Genevieve Lee. The menu is priced at $70, and each collaboration lasts for a week.
Find retail kiosks and carnival games within the area as well. Look forward to Jumptopia, where kids and the young at heart can get wild on food-themed inflatable playgrounds. You can also take part in Virtual Reality (VR) tournaments, where you can try your luck at claw machines and other carnival games.
