Do You Have a Heart-Wall?
"The subconscious mind is responsible for keeping the heart safe. Through negative events and experiences, we unknowingly add layers and layers of trapped emotions around our heart. Each trapped emotion is like one layer in the Heart-Wall."
Dr. Bradley Nelson who discovered The Heart-Wall shared that approximately 93% of people have a Heart-Wall!
He believes that The Heart Wall affect us in two ways.
First, they block the heart energy from flowing through the body; this makes it more difficult for the body to heal itself and can cause physical symptoms, particularly in the neck, upper back and shoulders. Second, they block us from fully opening our hearts to others.
The Heartaches and its Damages
There may have been times in your own life where you have felt that physical sensation we refer to as ‘heartache’. This feeling of aching pain, pressure or discomfort in the chest and throat occurs when the deepest part of us is under assault, typically when someone is hurting us or were feeling a deep sense of grief, hurt or loss.
Most of us have experienced this painful physical sensation many times throughout our lives. Because the subconscious mind works in our best interest, it wants to block any further experience of this pain. To do that, the subconscious mind creates an energetic wall around the heart as a defence; as a way to deflect any further heartache. We refer to this wall of energy as the “Heart-Wall".
At the time this Heart-Wall is first formed, it is an important protection mechanism and can be absolutely necessary to help us survive certain traumas in our life. However, it comes at a price, because after the source of the pain has long since vanished, the wall remains. It does not dissolve on its own, and we don’t even know it is there.
Having a Heart-Wall keeps us from experiencing life fully. Heart-Wall hampers your ability to give and receive love and to feel good emotions. It affects relationships, stifles creativity, keeps success at bay and makes life more difficult in general. Having a Heart-Wall contributes to feelings of isolation, and can create depression, as well as many other issues and challenges.
Releasing the Heart-Wall results in major changes in the way we live and experience life. We become more accepting, loving, open and peaceful. When that happens, life becomes easier and happier.
With a Heart-Wall, it can create:
- Depression and emotional numbness
- Feelings of isolation and disconnection from others
- Relationship problems
- Difficulties giving and receiving love
- Success blocks and trouble finding your true calling
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Blood pressure problems
- Heart disease and heart attacks
- Chest pain and upper back pain
- Lowered immunity and difficulty in healing
How is a Session like?
Through kinesiology (muscle testing), we direct simple yes / no questions to your subconscious mind, to identify the trapped emotions. Once identified, we release them by working with the governing meridian (a TCM concept).
How do we release the Trapped Emotions around The Heart-Wall?
Through Energy + Science + Physics.
We employ the positive thought intention (positive energy flow), together with the science of ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridian system, and physics of a Japanese magnet to magnify the energy flow. Through simple swiping motion, the trapped emotions that are uncovered, are released.
What can you expect after the Session?
Most people say the session helps them to feel lighter, happier and more at ease with themselves. Apart from that, we frequently see the immediate disappearance of health and major emotional issues too. Your results depend on how many trapped emotions you have and how quickly your body responds after they are removed. Releasing trapped emotions helps restore balance to the body - so your body’s natural healing ability will be allowed to return. This means you will be able to recover gently from your ailments and gain a stronger immune system!
Most of us have experienced Energetic Healing in one modality or another:
Acupuncture - Stimulates the flow of chi to rebalance the body.
Cupping - Enhance circulation, relieve pain, remove "heat" and pull out the toxins that linger in the body's tissues. The skin will temporarily turn red, blue or purple, especially if there is an energetic blockage or injury under the area that was cupped.
Chi Gong / Tai Chi - The art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (Qi).
Access Bars (Access Consciousness) - Founded in 1990. The Bars are a series of 32 points on the head, which when lightly touched release old energies stuck in the brain and the body, allowing for tremendous and easy change.
Reiki - Originated from Japan. This energy healing work utilises 'universal energy' to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Reflexology - Frees up blocked energy and promotes healing by stimulating the meridians, organs, and systems through points on the feet, hands, and ears.
Massage - Yes it is an energetic work, for it releases tension in the muscles, encourages the flow of lymph and brings about deep relaxation.
